1. Who operates this website

This website, makedgelab.com, is operated by Mohamad Feras Akad Kosibati, with tax identification number (NIF) 26636314-Z and address at Avenida Blasco Ibáñez 97, 46022 Valencia, Spain, trading as MAK EDGE LAB.

2. How to reach us

Email: support@makedgelab.com. We read everything that arrives there and it is the fastest way to get an answer from a person.

You can also use the contact page. Written enquiries are answered in the order they arrive.

3. What we are, and what we are not

MAK EDGE LAB develops and sells analysis software for NinjaTrader 8. Our tools organise market information on a chart.

We are not an investment firm, a broker, a financial adviser or a portfolio manager, and we hold no authorisation from any financial regulator — because none is required for what we do, and because we do not do the things that would require one. We do not manage money, execute orders, hold client funds or give personal recommendations. Our software does not generate signals, does not place orders and does not predict prices.

4. Who sells, and who supports

Purchases are not made from us directly. Our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record is Paddle.com Market Ltd: Paddle is the seller on your invoice, takes the payment and charges any applicable tax.

The software, the delivery and the support are ours. If something does not arrive or does not work, write to us. If your question is about the charge, the invoice or a refund, it is Paddle's to answer — and we will pass it on if you would rather ask us.

5. Content and intellectual property

The software, text, graphics, designs and marks on this site belong to MAK EDGE LAB or are used under licence. What you may do with them is set out in section 6 of the Terms of Use, and what you may do with the software you buy is set out in the Licence Terms.

6. Personal data and cookies

How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which also identifies the data controller. What this site stores in your browser is listed in the Cookie Policy.

7. Applicable law and complaints

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

Complaints go to support@makedgelab.com. If we cannot resolve it between us, you may take the matter to the consumer authorities of your own country. Nothing here removes a right you have by law.
