Terms of Use
1. Provider and acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the MAK EDGE LAB website and its trading-indicator services (the “Services”). The provider is MAK EDGE LAB (“we”, “us”); our full identification, registry and contact details are set out in the Legal Notice. Contact: support@makedgelab.com.
By accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to you, including financial-services, tax, sanctions, market-abuse and electronic-communications rules.
We may restrict access where offering the Services would be unlawful or require an authorisation that we do not hold.
3. Trading indicators are not financial advice
Our indicators, charts, alerts, educational materials and market commentary are provided for general information and educational purposes only. They are not investment advice, personal recommendations, research, an offer, an invitation to deal, or a guarantee of future results.
Indicators may be based on historical or incomplete data and can be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. No indicator can predict markets or eliminate risk. You must make your own assessment and obtain independent advice from an appropriately authorised professional before making an investment decision.
We do not manage money, execute trades, hold client assets, provide custody, operate a trading venue or guarantee liquidity unless a separate written agreement expressly says so and the required authorisations are in place.
4. Market and trading risks
Trading financial instruments, including leveraged products, derivatives, foreign exchange, crypto-assets and other speculative products, involves a substantial risk of loss and may result in losses exceeding the amount deposited where applicable. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Only trade money you can afford to lose. You remain solely responsible for orders, position sizing, leverage, taxes and risk management.
5. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and notify us promptly of unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that these Terms, applicable law or the security of the Services may be compromised.
6. Intellectual property
All software, designs, indicators, text, graphics, trademarks and other content are owned by or licensed to MAK EDGE LAB. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your personal or authorised internal business purposes. You must not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape or redistribute the Services without written permission.
7. Availability and third-party services
The Services may change, be interrupted or depend on third-party data, hosting, analytics or communication providers. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and are subject to their own terms.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MAK EDGE LAB is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, loss of data, interruption, indirect loss or reliance on information supplied through the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or mandatory consumer rights.
9. Changes, governing law and complaints
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version. The governing law is Spanish law and the competent courts are those of Valencia, Spain — except where you are a consumer, in which case the courts of your own place of residence apply, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country.
For complaints, contact support@makedgelab.com. Nothing here prevents you from contacting a competent financial regulator or using mandatory alternative dispute-resolution rights available to you.
