Legal
Terms of Sale
1. Who you are buying from
The purchase itself is made from Paddle.com Market Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 8172165, with registered office at 30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, United Kingdom, acting as our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller on the invoice: it takes the payment, charges any applicable tax and issues your receipt. Depending on where you buy from, your contract may instead be with another Paddle company; the entity that applies to you is the one named in Paddle’s buyer terms and on your receipt.
The software is made and licensed by MAK EDGE LAB, a business established in Spain whose full identification and address details are in the Legal Notice. We build the tools, we deliver them and we support them.
So there are two agreements, and it is worth knowing which is which. Your purchase — price, payment, tax, invoice, refunds — is governed by Paddle's own terms together with this page. Your right to use the software is granted by us, under the Licence Terms. In practice: write to us about the tool, and about the payment either of us can help.
2. What you are buying
You are buying a licence to use software, not the software itself and not a service that trades for you. You receive a download and a licence tied to one NinjaTrader 8 installation.
Before you buy, read the Risk Disclosure. Our tools do not generate signals, do not place orders and do not predict prices, and no purchase changes that.
3. Placing an order
The steps are shown on screen before you commit: you select a licence, you see the total, and you confirm. The order is only complete when you press the button that confirms payment obligation. Up to that point you can go back and correct any input.
We will send an acknowledgement by email with your order details on a durable medium. A contract exists between us from the moment we send it.
We may decline an order — for example where payment is refused, where a licence would be supplied into a country we cannot lawfully supply, or where we have reasonable grounds to believe the purchase is intended for resale.
4. Price and taxes
Prices are shown in USD. The tax that applies depends on the country you buy from and on whether you buy as a consumer or as a business, and Paddle calculates it at checkout. The final total, with tax included, is shown before you confirm — that figure is the one that binds, not any price shown earlier on the site.
Prices may change at any time. The price that applies to you is the one displayed when you confirm your order.
Paddle issues the invoice and sends it to the email address on the order. If you are buying as a business, you can enter your VAT or tax identification number at checkout so that it appears on that invoice; it cannot be added afterwards by us.
5. Payment and delivery
Payment is taken by Paddle. The methods available to you are shown at checkout and vary by country. Neither Paddle nor we ever see or store your full card details; they are handled by the payment networks.
Delivery is by us, and it is electronic. Once Paddle confirms your payment we send the download and your licence details to the email address on the order, normally within a few minutes. There is no physical shipment and no shipping charge.
If nothing has arrived, check the address you entered and your spam folder, then write to support@makedgelab.com with your Paddle order reference and we will resend it. Delivery problems are ours, not Paddle's — come to us and we will fix it.
6. Your right to withdraw
As a consumer buying at a distance, you have 14 days to withdraw from this contract without giving a reason, counted from the day the contract is concluded.
For digital content the law allows a seller to ask you to give that right up in exchange for immediate delivery. We do not ask you to. You get the download straight away and you keep the full 14 days — including after you have downloaded and used the software.
We are telling you that plainly because the alternative is a tick-box that most people accept without reading, and we would rather carry the risk than rely on you not noticing what you gave up.
How to withdraw
Tell us before the 14 days are up, in any clear statement — an email to support@makedgelab.com is enough. You can use the form below, but you do not have to. We will confirm receipt and refund you within 14 days of being told, using the same payment method you used.
Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
To Mohamad Feras Akad Kosibati, Avenida Blasco Ibáñez 97, 46022 Valencia, Spain, support@makedgelab.com:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following digital content:
Ordered on: ____________ · Order reference: ____________
Name of consumer: ____________
Address of consumer: ____________
Signature (only if this form is notified on paper): ____________
Date: ____________
7. If something is wrong with the software
Separately from the right to withdraw, you are entitled to software that matches what we described. If it does not, you may ask us to bring it into conformity, and if we cannot do so within a reasonable time you may ask for a reduction in price or terminate the contract and be refunded. These rights last as required by the consumer law that applies to you, and nothing on this page shortens them.
“It did not make me money” is not a fault. The software organises information; it does not produce trading results, and it is not sold as though it did. See the Risk Disclosure.
8. Refunds outside the cases above
Beyond the withdrawal right and the conformity rights above, we do not operate a general refund policy. There is no free trial and no satisfaction guarantee, and we say so plainly rather than implying otherwise. Ask us anything you need before you buy; we would rather answer than have you buy blind.
Separately from that, Paddle is the seller and runs its own refund policy. It can grant a refund at its own discretion, including in cases we have not listed here, and that decision is Paddle's to make rather than ours. If you want to ask, ask Paddle directly using your order reference — or write to us and we will pass it on.
One consequence worth stating: if a purchase is refunded, the licence granted with it ends, and the software must stop being used and be removed. A refund undoes the sale on both sides.
9. Complaints
Write to support@makedgelab.com. We answer every complaint and aim to do it within one month.
If we cannot resolve it between us, you may take the matter to the consumer authorities of your own country. Nothing here removes any dispute-resolution right you have by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
